As Chief Executive, Paul advises Ministers and senior officials in the Department of Health and Home Office about all issues to do with the provision of drug treatment in England. He is the lead advisor to the NTA Board which is responsible for shaping the NTA’s strategic direction and leads the Senior Management Team in implementing the agency’s work programme.
