Martin Routledge leads on transforming adult social care for the Care Services Improvement Partnership (CSIP). His contributions here are on a private basis. Martin has twenty five years experience working within social care, health and higher education and in both statutory and not for profitsectors. Building on his career as professional, manager and leader of a regional sevice development agency, for the past six years he has worked to support the development and implementation of policy: first the Valuing People White Paper in the field of learning disabilities and more recently the personalisation agenda driving the transformation of adult social care.
